At Ben’s Law, our experience includes working with attorneys at outside law firms who have substantial experience in particular areas of law when doing so allows us to more comprehensively address our clients' legal needs.

We believe clients should not be limited by the workforce or practice areas that happen to exist within a single law firm.

When a matter calls for experience in a particular area of law, additional resources, or counsel admitted in another jurisdiction, we can work with experienced outside attorneys to assemble a broader legal team appropriate for the engagement. This allows us to draw upon additional experience and capabilities while continuing to provide the coordination, strategic perspective, and client service our clients expect from our firm.

Our attorneys have experience co-counseling and collaborating with lawyers from other firms on sophisticated matters. Depending upon the circumstances, this may include working with attorneys whose practices are focused on particular areas of law, attorneys admitted in other jurisdictions, or additional counsel whose experience and resources complement those of our firm.

Rather than viewing other law firms simply as competitors, we recognize that strategic collaboration can sometimes help deliver exceptional results for clients.

Our approach allows us to look beyond the attorneys employed directly by our firm when determining how best to serve a client.
