Attorney Stefany Miley Tewell is a highly accomplished legal professional with nearly three decades of experience. Her dedication and exceptional legal prowess have solidified her position as one of the most accomplished individuals in the industry.
For sixteen years, Stefany served as a District Court Judge in Las Vegas, Nevada, presiding over both civil and criminal divisions. Her remarkable judicial career includes serving as an alternate justice on the Nevada Supreme Court. Additionally, she was the first judge to grant equal adoptive rights to same-sex parents, paving the way for greater inclusivity and equality in the legal system. In 2005, she made history as the first judge to perform a remote trial, providing access to the courthouse for a bedridden litigant, showcasing her innovative approach to legal proceedings.
